My Plate 4 Today

Good Morning! Today I have Cardio Recovery. Whew! Actually I need to squeeze in Plyo Cardio Circuit today since I missed yesterday. I think I'm handling the moving stress pretty well. I guess. Since I've been so busy I've been drinking Shakeology 2x a day. I must say I miss food so I will try to get in all my meals today.

My baby boy is keeping me sooo busy. I am not having anymore kids! It's ok cuz they grow too fast. He's a very clingy baby but he does the cutest things. Anyhow, I'm mailing off another Shakeology sample today. My friend tried both flavors earlier this week and she loved it! She wants her father in law to try so I will get the verdict this weekend.

Ok my planned meals are:

  • Shakeology, 1 tbsp natural pnut butter, 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • oatmeal with flaxmeal & walnuts, 5 egg whites, 8 oz h2o
  • pork loin, sweet potato, asparagus, 8 oz h2o
  • greek yogurt with bare naked granola
  • pork loin, asparagus
  • brown rice cake, 1 tbsp natural pnut butter
